As the Butcher, you will support the Meat team in all daily operations of the department. Responsibilities include inventory control, product knowledge, receiving and quality control, product presentation, and supporting the meat team. Our guest is the heart of our business. As the Butcher, you will be responsible for providing every guest with an exceptional shopping experience, by consistently providing the best quality cuts of meat Citarella has to offer. All Butchers must have vast meat knowledge, hospitality skills, display positive energy, be dependable, possess advanced knife skills and excellent communication skills.
