Process raw meat according to production schedule and customer specifications, including cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning and packaging
Operate and maintain factory butchering equipment (e.g. meat saws, band saws, grinders, slicers) safely and correctly, performing basic cleaning and maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.
Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout all processes, including wearing PPE, keeping work areas clean and preventing cross contamination.
Follow production targets and deadlines
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a smooth production line.
