Re & Sons is currently seeking an experienced Butcher to join their team in Malaga, Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim and prepare a variety of meat products for display and customer orders, including boning, slicing, mincing and portioning
• Prepare value-added products such as marinated, seasoned and crumbed meats
• Select and process meats for the production of sausages and smallgoods
• Operate and maintain meat processing equipment including grinders, mixers, mincers and tenderisers
