Working Hours
- Saturday: 5 hours
- Sunday: 7 hours
- Monday: 8 hours
Daily hours will be confirmed at the interview stage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service as a commercial butcher.
- Engage with customers, building relationships to understand their business and needs.
- Prepare orders to customers' requirements.
- Comply with health and safety and legal standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, organised and an excellent communicator.
- Good understanding of stock control processes and procedures.
