**Job Description:**

Teknek seeks a highly driven, self-starter to serve as the Business Unit Manager (BUM) in Glasgow, Scotland. This leadership role is responsible for a $15 million annual business unit and a team of 60 employees. The BUM will have full P&L responsibility across all functional areas of the business.

The BUM will set the strategic vision and direction to meet business objectives, primarily by driving organic growth through Customer-Back Innovation and leveraging the ITW Front to Back Framework. The core responsibility involves making strategic decisions and ensuring all business activities are coordinated, effective, and secure through proper oversight.
