I am currently partnering with a pharmaceutical client on a search for a Business Unit Director (BUD) to lead one of their key business units. Incumbent would be responsible for leading and driving the strategic, commercial, and operational performance of the assigned pharmaceutical business unit in Malaysia. This role will oversee the development and execution of commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
