We are seeking a Business Unit Director to lead the SME lending products. As the leader of this vertical, you will be the chief architect of the strategy—transforming how hundreds of thousands of merchants across Vietnam access capital, manage payments, and scale their businesses. This is a full P&L ownership role that sits at the heart of  growth engine.

1. Strategic Architecture & P&L Ownership

• Visionary Leadership: Design and execute the 3–5 year roadmap for our financial services arm, ensuring we remain the market leader in merchant-focused FinTech.
• Fiscal Stewardship: Take full accountability for the unit's P&L, from rigorous budget planning to driving sustainable revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Mindset Catalyst: Cultivate a culture of high integrity and outcome-based performance across the business unit.
