The Opportunity
The Associate Director, Business Transformation Project Manager will play a central role in driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance the scalability, efficiency, and control environment of the firm.
You will partner cross functionally to design and implement process improvements and transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into executable plans, ensuring that projects are delivered effectively and aligned with the firm’s broader objectives.
The role carries end-to-end responsibility for driving complex initiatives—from initial problem definition through execution—while building scalable processes and frameworks that support the firm’s continued growth.
