We’re looking for a Business Technology Lead who will serve as the dedicated IT and digital partner for our business unit, enabling efficiency, innovation, and growth.

What you’ll do

• Act as the primary technology liaison for a specific business unit
• Align IT initiatives with business strategies, KPIs, and growth priorities
• Manage technology demand, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions
• Lead planning and execution of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure adoption and satisfaction
• Serve as project manager/business-side lead for key IT and digital initiatives
• Stay ahead of technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes
