Job Description
Our client in the Manufacturing industry is building a customer‑facing enterprise data ecosystem that serves as a universal data layer across multiple ERPs and customer channels. They are seeking a Front‑Office Solution Architect to focus on CRM, ecommerce, and digital customer platforms.
This role is centered on how customer interactions, sales activity, and digital engagement data flow across CRM, ecommerce, and portals, and how that data is standardized and delivered to power trusted commercial KPIs.
• Serve as the primary architect for CRM, ecommerce, and front‑office customer platforms
• Partner with sales, marketing, ecommerce, and analytics teams to define customer‑centric data products
• Lead discovery sessions to understand how customer interaction data is created and consumed across front‑office systems
