Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Application Support Analyst to support business-critical applications with a strong focus on business analysis, application support, systems analysis, SQL querying, and reporting.

In this role, you will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure enterprise systems run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and enhancements are successfully delivered. You will support ERP and CRM tools, assist with application configuration, testing, and implementation, and help monitor system performance and business continuity needs.
