Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with hands-on expertise in Toast (POS system) to lead a short-term implementation and optimization engagement. This consultant will be responsible for executing a 30-day Toast implementation, ensuring accurate data mapping, reporting integrity, and alignment with operational workflows.

This role requires a strong blend of technical system knowledge and functional business analysis, particularly within restaurant or hospitality environments. The consultant will work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure reporting accuracy and system effectiveness.

This is a fully remote engagement, with an initial onsite kickoff in Tampa, FL (travel expenses covered).
