**Hybrid-Minimum 3 Days onsite in Seattle, WA required.**

Responsible for optimizing performance through technology and maximizing Capacity Management goals. Responsible for analyzing trends and volumes or issues, patterns, as well as developing models, forecasts and recommendations to anticipate future demand. Assists with the design and implementation of Epic decision trees and provider templates. Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues regarding all phases of assigned projects including assessment, design build, testing, training and implementation. Provides reports, assessments and information to Capacity Management Leadership to aid in the optimal functioning of team.
