The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will solicit, understand, and document the business requirements, processes, and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows. This position will understand business processes, effectively gathering, compiling, synthesizing, and documenting requirements (via stakeholder interviews) to support our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform (as well as other enterprise systems and technology initiatives) enhancing sustainability, and delivering maximum return on investment. The BSA also performs routine data analysis, data mapping, and data visualization. They work with the programming and architecture staff in designing solutions based on functional requirements. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions ensuring that systems are optimized to deliver maximum value across the organization.
