We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large aviation and materials organization based in the Memphis area. This role is business‑analysis focused, with an emphasis on process discovery, requirements gathering, and system evaluation across enterprise inventory and supply‑chain systems. This is a BA‑first role, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‑on during discovery, facilitating discussions, and helping define future‑state processes.


Responsibilities

+ Lead business process mapping (As‑Is / To‑Be, L1–L3 where applicable)

+ Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements

+ Conduct fit‑gap analysis to support system evaluation and decision‑making
