Position Description:

This position can be filled from Phoenix, Pittsburgh and Charlotte with a strong preference for Pittsburgh, PA, in a hybrid capacity. 

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with deep experience in financial / banking billing systems. The candidate will own requirements definition, billing workflow management, and system integration across commercial and treasury product lines, while ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with financial controls.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Define and document functional requirements for banking billing platforms — fee schedules, invoice generation, billing cycles, and reconciliation engines.
. Manage billing workflows across DDA, treasury management, commercial lending, card services, and deposit products.
