Develop and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
Document requirements, analyze business problems to identify solutions and make recommendations/create business cases for improvement.
Coordinates and facilitates subject matter expert workshops or meetings.
Identify opportunities for improved utilization of existing business applications and processes and integrate business process improvements with system improvements to create wholistic and cost optimized processes.
Contributes to pilot and implementation plans, participates in pilots and rollouts and reporting/follow-up activities.
Reviews impacts of upcoming system changes and assists with implementing changes to accommodate.
Promote adherence to processes and system best practices to maximize adoption and buy-in.
