Overview

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will solicit, understand, and document the business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows. This position will understand business processes, effectively gathering, compiling, synthesizing and documenting requirements (via stakeholder interviews) to support our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform (as well as other enterprise systems and technology initiatives) enhancing sustainability, and delivering maximum return on investment. The BSA also performs routine data analysis, data mapping, and data visualization.
