Our Client, an American Software as a Service company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst 4 for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ SAP is integrating SAP Client into its internal CRM and associated systems. SAP Client’s current CRM is Salesforce with many dozens of ancillary systems attached to it.

+ SAP Client also uses Salesforce and Tableau for most reporting, although some ancillary systems also provide information needed to run the business (e.g., Gainsight and others).

+ This role’s primary functions will be to inventory the most critical SAP Client reports and data used in the business, inventory dimensions used to filter said reports and data, seek equivalent or near-equivalent reporting within SAP systems, perform a gap analysis between SAP Client reporting needs and SAP available reporting, work with technical report developers on plans to close reporting gaps, and partner with the integration project change management team to...
