Position Overview
Responsibilities - Own the accuracy, structure, and reliability of Salesforce configurations, including Revenue Cloud Advanced and NetSuite integrations.
- Manage and refine configurations for pricing, contracts, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
- Maintain and improve objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and approval processes to support scalable operations.
- Oversee integration performance and reliability across iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft to ensure consistent data flow between Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot root causes, and implement long-term technical solutions.
- Lead systems-related initiatives by coordinating across Accounting, Finance, Sales, and IT departments.
- Proactively identify and address data integrity risks and process inefficiencies.
