Typical Day in Role:

The RRAE team is seeking a highly technical, detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, data engineers, and architecture teams.

• Lead requirements gathering and refinement sessions with business SMEs, risk teams, and technical partners to ensure clarity and alignment
• Develop detailed source-to-target mappings (STTM) and ensure full traceability across data pipelines
• Translate business needs into clear, structured technical specifications, process models, and data flow documentation
• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including test plans, test cases, and entry/exit criteria
• Perform hands-on data validation and QA testing using SQL, BigQuery, Databricks, and Jupyter notebooks
