UI BA & BSA Capabilities

• 5+ years BA/BSA experience in Agile environment
• Manage end-to-end requirements from elicitation through delivery
• Gather requirements from multiple non-technical business and operations stakeholders
• Create process maps (as-is and to-be) and gap analysis
• Translate complex business processes and requirements into clear functional and UI user stories
• Communicate functional and UI requirements to technical and UXD team
• Write functional and UI requirements that developers can execute independently
• Control scope and prioritize requirements
