Operations UI BSA UI BA & BSA Capabilities

5+ years BA/BSA experience in Agile environment

Manage end-to-end requirements from elicitation through delivery

Gather requirements from multiple non-technical business and operations stakeholders

Create process maps (as-is and to-be) and gap analysis

Translate complex business processes and requirements into clear functional and UI user stories

Communicate functional and UI requirements to technical and UXD team

Write functional and UI requirements that developers can execute independently

Control scope and prioritize requirements

Domain Knowledge: SWIFT & Payments
