Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties.
- Answering telephone calls and referring enquiries to appropriate Ministry teams.
- Issuing visitor access cards and maintaining security protocols.
- Supporting suppliers, contractors, fleet, and event management.
- Responding promptly to internal staff requests and providing business support to the broader Ministry team.
