Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative duties across various operational and marketing functions.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of contractual documents, including approvals, purchase orders, amendments, terminations, and monitoring of contracts.
- Regularly update customer and supplier data to maintain accurate records.
- Input credit applications, contract acceptances, and disbursement information into internal systems.
- Generate business reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all submitted documents are compliant with established regulations.
- Support the creation and updates of standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Handle additional administrative tasks, including:
- Arranging courier services as needed.
- Liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the department
- Assisting with general sales inquiries and phone calls.
