The Business Support Hotline officer is a key member of the Client Service Network (CSN) team. This role provides support for account opening and account modification queries for Singapore Booked Portfolios from all Front members via phone and/or email. The officer analyzes and handles enquiries, and collaborates with subject matter experts from other units that provide second level support.
