Provides support to all pre and post sales activities, not limited to internal order entry process, internal follow up on order matters, weekly and monthly sales report collations, sales funnel collation, bill analysis for disputes & etc.
Office support responsibility required for daily office operational matters, not limited to filing, office supplies maintenance & procurement, business trip support etc.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, not limited to order processing, sales follow-up and bill analysis etc.
Collate sales funnel and weekly & monthly sales reports
Provide general administration support to sales team, e.g. business travel arrangement
Handle office operational and administrative tasks, not limited to filing of documents, procurement and maintenance of office supplies
Experience working in Chinese Enterprises will be preferred.
