Role
This Business Support Coordinator role sits within a small but collaborative business support team and plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. It is a 12‑month temporary assignment starting April 1st.
Location: Newmarket (must be based in Auckland).
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am‑5pm.
Salary: $32‑36 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the shared business support mailbox, ensuring quick turnaround of requests.
- Raising purchase orders, creating WBS workbooks, and completing SAP transactions accurately.
- Supporting monthly billing reconciliation and ensuring data accuracy across SAP and Siebel.
- Purchasing and managing personal protective equipment (PPE) for project managers and internal staff, including issuing and tracking loan PPE.
