The role:
The Health Improvement Team is responsible for supporting the delivery of a broad portfolio of health improvement programmes and activities within the HSCP. Staff work in partnership with a variety of internal and external organisations, groups and local communities to ensure the delivery of a coherent programme of health improvement activity, alongside working strategically to address inequalities and influence the wider social determinants of health.
