Position Overview
Overall management of the OurWorkplace Mailbox generic inbox and incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, dispatch and other requests relevant to mailing activities.
Physical Mailbox Management
- Manage incoming documents and letters received through the physical mailbox located on the ground floor, including distribution.
Mail and Courier Management
- Handle processing and distribution of incoming mail and courier items.
- Coordinate outgoing courier services with service providers (FedEx and other carriers).
- Tracking & reporting of total incoming/outgoing couriers/dispatches for monthly invoicing verifications.
- Corrigo Work Order creation for every incoming/outgoing mail/courier/dispatch.
Ad hoc Administration
- Support Welcome Host during lunch breaks or absence from site (whenever required).
