Position Responsibilities:

+ Lead and oversee administrative staff at the local Distribution Center(s) while coordinating general administrative activities for the Operations and Sales teams.

+ Ensure compliance with internal controls environment and identify and address gaps in processes

+ Provide support during the month-end close process by performing analysis of Operational Expenses (OPEX) to drive cost-saving opportunities, and support annual operating budgets

+ Oversee pre-settlement and cashiering activities to reduce risk of sales center chargebacks, write-offs, and non-sufficient funds
