We're looking for a versatile Strategy & Growth Lead/Director to join our team in Singapore. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, business development, and product, defining how we go to market, who we sell to, and how we grow. You'll work closely with founders and product teams to translate customer needs into business outcomes and take a hands‑on role in building pipeline, closing deals, and crafting the narratives that win.

• Define and own the GTM strategy, including ICP, positioning, pricing, and channel mix
