+ Continually align Epic templates to cFTE at UCHA.
+ Manage compensation for UCHA providers in alignment with divisional, department, and school practices
+ Build policies and processes as needed to support UCHA clinical programs within Psychiatry; ensure those processes are properly resourced.
+ Handle day-to-day operations for trainees and faculty performing services at UCHA (e.g., hiring, HR, compensation, moonlighting, holiday coverage, extra work for extra pay)
