Responsibilities:

Provide expertise and assistance in the development of capital project budgets and estimates

Develop the project task charging structure and project forecast based on the approved capital budget

Monitor actual project costs, ensuring projects proceed on schedule and within budget

Develop and utilize cost tracking tools to monitor capital project cost component

Monitor appropriateness of cost allocations, provide charging guidance, and direct cost to proper assets for project unitization at completion
