Job Description We are looking for an experienced Business Risk Manager to join our Business Risk Management (BRM) team. The role sits in the First Line of Defense (FLoD) and is responsible for driving a strong risk culture, ensuring robust risk and control frameworks, and supporting Private Banking business activities across Asia Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk and control assessment for all aspects of risk within the FLoD, including effective oversight of the testing programme. Executea risk-based control monitoring programmeacross the function, evidencing the adequacy and effectiveness of key controls. Perform regular business controls and monitoring on areas such as Investment Suitability, Cross Border, Anti-Fraud, etc., including management reporting and proactive recommendations.
