Summary
The Business Relationship Banker is a field-based, growth-driven professional responsible for building and deepening relationships with small business clients while serving as a trusted financial advisor. This role is primarily performed outside of bank premises, with the banker customarily and regularly working in the field to source new business, conduct in-person client meetings, and engage with the local business community. The majority of working time is spent away from bank facilities conducting prospecting visits, attending networking events, and calling on prospects and existing clients at their places of business.
The Business Relationship Banker drives revenue growth by proactively identifying prospects, presenting tailored financial solutions, and closing new business.
