Business Program Manager – Mobile App development and Retail Industry experience is mandatory
Location: Durban (Onsite daily). Subcontractor rate: R850/hr including your margin. Duration: Contract to end of December 2026. Early joiners only.
The Business Programme Manager will drive end to end delivery orchestration of a large mobile app development programme across a highly federated retail ecosystem spanning hundreds of independent stores across Southern Africa. This role is accountable for coordinating a complex, multi stakeholder rollout involving retailers, operations, IT, logistics and marketing, ensuring successful retailer adoption while protecting retailer interests and customer experience. The programme launches a new commerce ecosystem for Home Improvement retailers and their customers; IT delivery is one workstream within this programme, not the whole of it.
