The Business Process Quality Team Leader supports EHS, Quality, and Operational Excellence for Grid Technologies Substations in Malaysia, focusing on improving business processes and quality standards. How You’ll Make An Impact

• Apply quality methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen to analyse and improve business processes, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
