Support end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives across hospitality asset management and golf operations.
Conduct process discovery documentation modelling and optimization.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical data-driven improvements.
Use SAP Signavio (or similar BPM tools) to model and analyze processes.
Define and track process KPIs and performance metrics.
Support process standardization across multi-asset portfolios.
Facilitate workshops with operational and business stakeholders.
Assist with change management and adoption of redesigned processes.
Act as a liaison between Business IT and Transformation teams.
