We are looking for a highly motivated Business Process Expert to join the Portable Air Application Development Team. This role combines deep process expertise with project leadership to drive standardization, continuous improvement, and successful deployment of manufacturing applications (WMS/APS/PLE) across our global operations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, divisions, and product companies to define best practices, document processes, and ensure alignment with global templates. A key part of your mission is to lead the global Change Advisory Board (CAB), where proposed changes are presented, reviewed, and prioritized for implementation.

This position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with manufacturing applications (APS/WMS), and the ability to manage complex projects in a multicultural environment. Extensive global travel will be required.
