As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen operational efficiency and enhance delivery, the organisation is looking to reinforce its team with a Business Process & Operations Officer .
Reporting to a senior manager within the operations function, you will contribute to the optimisation of core business processes, systems and workflows , ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement across complex programmes.
This role sits at the intersection of process design, project coordination, systems implementation and change management within a highly collaborative, international environment.
