Participate in the full development lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to carry out business process re-engineering initiatives
Run workshops and one-on-one sessions with process owners and end-users to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing workflows
Pinpoint inefficiencies, duplications, and bottlenecks, then recommend streamlined future-state processes
Capture re-engineered processes in clear documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders so solutions are delivered to specification
Contribute to change management by producing training assets such as user guides, quick reference materials, and e-learning content, and running training sessions tailored to various user groups
