As a Business Owner you are a leader and driver of a specific franchise. You are tasked to drive business, growth and innovation for Paradox Interactive’s new and existing Grand Strategy games. To achieve this you work with a number of disciplines within the Publishing department as well as side-by-side with the development studios to fulfill set ambitions and targets for the assigned franchise ensuring the business to thrive over years to come.

This involves setting strategic direction and collaborating closely with our first- and third-party studios to achieve the company's overall growth targets and key performance indicators.

In addition, you will actively seek and explore new business opportunities, both internally and externally, to foster revenue growth for the franchise(s).
