Position Overview
GCyber is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Business Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for executing a wide range of administrative business functions including office management, bookkeeping, employee relations, contract administration, and internal compliance coordination.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and expense processing
+ Track and manage employee authorizations, contract setup, funding actions, and contract modifications
+ Process payroll and administer employee benefits using Rippling HRIS
