Whalebone is looking for a Business Operations & Planning Manager to help us build the next chapter of the brand.

This isn't a traditional operations role. You'll sit at the center of the business, working across inventory, merchandise planning, finance, retail operations, e-commerce, systems, project management, and team accountability.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is naturally organized and detail-oriented
• Notices gaps and solves problems before they're problems
