Summary The Business Operations Manager serves as the principal advisor to the Chief of Staff for the Assistant Secretary of War for Nuclear Deterrence, Chemical, and Biological Defense Policy and Programs (ASW(ND-CBD)) and acts as the central focal point for all business, administrative, and resource management functions supporting the ND-CBD mission. Operating in a highly dynamic headquarters environment, the incumbent translates broad executive guidance into actionable policies and processes.
