Responsibilities

+ Lead daily business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Administrative functions.

+ Own and optimize organizational processes using NetSuite ERP, including saved searches, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and automation tools.

+ Partner with department leaders to identify bottlenecks, streamline procedures, and improve efficiencies.

+ Maintain operational KPIs and develop reporting models to support executive decision‑making.


Requirements
