Description

The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a full-time Business Operations Manager to join our Justice in Criminal Neuropsychology (JCN) Program and Conservatorship Assessment Team (CAT). You will oversee the administrative, financial, and operational functions of the programs and provide leadership to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Primary responsibilities include:

+ Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities across program teams
+ Manage staff and provide functional leadership, including assigning work and monitoring performance
+ Develop and manage programs budgets, track expenditures, and identify efficiencies
+ Lead and support complex projects and operational initiatives
+ Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements
