The Business Operations Lead for Sales Operations & Enablement will play a critical role in ensuring the organization operates with clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution. This role anchors the business planning and operational rhythms of the Sales Ops & Enablement team—driving budget and workforce planning, operational governance, prioritization frameworks, organizational effectiveness, and performance tracking.
You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and leaders across Sales Operations & Enablement to create structure, establish operating mechanisms, and ensure the organization remains focused on the highest‑impact priorities.
