About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful and people-oriented individual to join our employment solutions team. This role sits at the heart of our programme delivery, you will be the person who sources talent, builds relationships with host employers, takes care of participants throughout the programme, and keeps the operations running smoothly. You will work across multiple programmes simultaneously.

This is not a desk-only role. You will be calling candidates, meeting employers, assisting in preparing decks & presenting to companies, issuing letters and solving problems on the ground.
